The first step is a garden visit to discuss what is on offer and to explore the possibilities and potential of the site. It may be possible to survey a small garden at this first meeting, but usually the survey requires a separate visit.

Time is taken to gain an understanding of your ideas and aspirations and during this visit you can decide which option to take.
